Matt Risinger from the Build Show revisits a Perfect Wall House 4 years after it was built. This ultra efficient house designed by architect Eric Rauser of Rauser Design avoids traditional insulation and drywall by moving all of the insulation to the outside of the home which mitigates any inefficiencies caused by thermal bridging.
The whole house is heated and cooled by a 3 head Mitsubishi mini split heat pump and uses all metal cladding on the exterior.
